A complaint to Bracebridge OPP has resulted in impaired driving charges for a Gravenhurst man.
On Saturday, around 9:40 p.m., OPP responded to a concern from a member of the public about the well-being of a person who was acting strangely and crawling on the ground in Gravenhurst.
Officers located the people involved, and after an investigation, it was revealed there was also a vehicle involved.
As a result, police arrested and charged a 51-year-old man with the operation of a vehicle while impaired.
