Two Gravenhurst residents are facing drug charges following an investigation by Bracebridge OPP.
During the early hours of Saturday morning, officers were conducting foot patrol on First Street in Gravenhurst, when they noticed activity in the area that members of the public have reported concerns regarding drug activity and trafficking.
Officers attended the scene and located two people attempting to avoid detection as they were both already facing charges relating to another investigation.
Police arrested a 37-year-old woman and charged her with possession of cocaine and two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking.
Meanwhile, a 47-year-old man was also charged with possession and failure to comply.
Both are being held in custody and will attend a bail hearing today.
