Toronto Pearson Airport officials are urging travellers to check with their airlines before heading to the airport. Airport authorities posted a statement to Twitter this morning after hundreds of flights were cancelled and delayed for Westjet and Air Canada. In Toronto, the city is currently under a flash freeze warning and wind-chill warning. Environment Canada says, temperatures will drop between – 35 C and – 40 C tonight and into tomorrow morning.
