A Bracebridge man is facing multiple charges after a disturbance at a local motel.
Police say around 12:20 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to a motel on Manitoba St. to investigate the cause of a noise and arrested a 45-year-old Bracebridge man.
He’s being charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and two counts of possessing a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
The man was held for a bail hearing on Thursday.
