Human remains located in Katrine on May 3 have been identified as those of a missing 41-year-old Emsdale man, according to police.
Almaguin Highlands OPP began an investgation into the whereabouts of a missing person on April 9.
Police asked for the public’s help twice over the last five weeks while searching for the missing man.
Police say foul play has been ruled out.
