The first game results in women’s hockey are in at the 2014 Ontario Winter Games in Baysville. Yesterday, Team Jenner, which includes Huntsville player Summer-Rae Dobson, tied Team Wakefield, which includes Huntsville player Wendy McConnell, 4-4. Team Jenner also beat Team Fortino 5-2. Team Spooner, which includes Huntsville players Kari Lamb and Dorothy Richardson, beat Team Watchorn 1-0 and tied Team Bircher 1-1. Women’s hockey continues today through to Sunday.
