A 48-year-old from Huntsville has been charged after police say she assaulted someone on Susan St. in Huntsville and stole a handful of items.
Provincial Const. Dana Morris with the Huntsville detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) explains it happened at 8:18 a.m. on June 4.
She says the victim was able to get away and call the police. Morris adds they were taken to, but later released, from hospital.
The suspect has been charged with robbery with violence, assault with a weapon, and failing to comply with a probation order.

They have been held pending their bail hearing in Bracebridge.
