One new route has been added to Bracebridge Transit’s route schedule, but six have been removed.
As of Monday, July 22, officials with the Town of Bracebridge say the stops being decommissioned are:
- #170 at 15 Depot Dr.
- #190 at Dollar Tree
- #330 at Liddard St. and Aubrey St.
- #340 at Hiram St. and Liddard St.
- #420 at McCrank Dr. and Manitoba St.
- #440 at Tamarack Trail and Killdeer Cres.
However, they add starting on Monday, Aug. 19, the bus will stop at 56 Salmon Ave., known officially as stop 460, at the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre (MLCC).
Officials say Bracebridge Transit passes will be available to buy at the front counter of the MLCC starting on Tuesday, Sept. 3. They will continue to be sold at the Bracebridge Sportsplex and the town’s Municipal Office.
