Up to $25,000 is now up for grabs for organizations that support Gravenhurst.
The applications for the Terence Haight Financial Assistance Program are now open.
Officials say the program was established by Council to provide financial assistance to community groups and organizations within the municipality to assist with activities, special events or with an improvement to the organization’s existing assets.
“This support is in recognition of the value of these organizations to the well-being of the community,” say officials.
The deadline to apply through the Town Website is Dec. 16, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
Some of the requirements for applying include: offering a service, program or activity for residents and having accountability for public funds and organizational transparency.
