An 83-year-old from Huntsville is dead after a crash on Highway 117 in Lake of Bays.
That’s according to Huntsville OPP, who says officers responded to a single vehicle crash near Brunel Road today (Oct. 8) around 9:30 a.m.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 117 near Brunel Road will be closed for several hours while the investigation is on-going.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
