No injuries were reported, but at least $250,000 worth of damage was caused by a structure fire on Springfield Road in Huntsville on Sunday.
The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department says 20 firefighters and seven trucks responded to the call around 2:20 p.m.
Upon arrival, officials say a detached garage was fully involved, and crews acted quickly to contain the fire and avoid the flames spreading into the home.
The cause of the fire was not determined. However, it has been classified as accidental.
The fire department says it was extinguished by 4:00 p.m.
The fire department says while no one was home during the fire, it was a reminder that fire safety is essential for everyone.

Any unused household hazardous waste products such as aerosols, paints, and flammable liquids can be brought to 169 Madil Church Road in Huntsville or 1020 Oxtongue Rapids Road in Lake of Bays on scheduled dates for collection by the District of Muskoka.
