Builders, contractors, designers and the community are all invited to attend an informative Building Services Open House in Lake of Bays next Tuesday. (Nov. 19)
It’s taking place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dwight Community Centre.
Officials say the event will focus on preparing the community for the upcoming Provincial Building Code changes, which are set to take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
Topics include updates on municipal developments related to building services, the Township’s transition to the Community Planning Permit System, and changes in the building Code affecting dwellings and cottages.
