Two debates scheduled for Parry Sound-Muskoka

Parry Sound-Muskoka residents will have two opportunities to hear from local candidates ahead of next week’s provincial election.

The first takes place Feb. 19, an all-candidates meeting will be held at the South River Arena from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

On Feb. 25, just two days before voters go to the polls, candidates will meet in Parry Sound at the Bobby Orr Community Centre from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Incumbent Graydon Smith is running for the Conservatives. Matt Richter is the Green Party candidate. Jim Ronholm is the NDP representative. David Innes is running for the Liberal Party. Brandon Nicksy is representing the New Blue Party, and Helen Kroeker is the Ontario Party candidate.

The election will take place Feb. 27.
