Police are investigating a fire that occurred in Muskoka Lakes yesterday (March 24) that is being considered suspicious.
The OPP says around 8:45 in the morning, police, EMS and the Muskoka Lakes Fire Department responded to a call from a resident on Elizabeth St. indicating their neighbours’ residence was on fire.
Police say the caller attempted to find out if there was anyone inside, with first responders confirming shortly after no people or pets were in the home at the time.
