Another successful year for the International Reel Paddling Film Festival in Parry Sound. On Saturday night, White Squall hosted the festival’s annual stop at the Stockey Centre to showcase paddling films from around the world including one from Muskoka. The event raised over $4,600 through ticket sales and a silent auction for GlobalMedic, an organization that provides emergency relief to those affected by natural disasters and complex emergencies. The goal of the event was to raise $4000 and in exceeding that goal, White Squall employees will now have to do a Polar Bear dip.
