The OPP has charged a man with mischief after he made a mess of a jail cell at the Orillia OPP detachment.
On March 19th, at 11:30 pm, police responded to complaints of a fight in the area of Mississaga Street East and William Street in Orillia. When they got there, one man was arrested for causing a disturbance.
While in his cell at the police detachment, police say he smeared blood all over the walls and urinated on the floor. Due to this the cell area needed to be professionally cleaned and sterilized before it could be used again.
The 33 years old male who is from Orillia, has been charged with mischief. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on April 28th.
