A 15-year-old girl is in serious condition after a weekend snowmobile crash.
Almaguin Highlands OPP were called to the collision Saturday afternoon on OFSC C103D in McMurrich/Monteith Township. Police say the teen from Tecumseh was travelling north when she lost control of her snowmobile and struck a tree. She was airlifted by Orange Air Ambulance to hospital with serious injuries. Officers say speed is believed to be a factor in the collision as they continue to investigate.
