Environment Canada has issued a freezing drizzle advisory as an area of patchy freezing drizzle has developed over the region and is expected to persist overnight into early Thursday morning. Â Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery so everyone is asked to take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Â The weather agency continues to monitor and will make updates as conditions change.
