Bracebridge’s Planning and Development committee has voted to eliminate a $100 fee Bracebridge businesses would have had to pay to apply for an outdoor patio. The vote happened last night and their resolution is to be ratified by Council next week. The committee also approved the use of parking spaces in the downtown for patios through this updated policy.
