Environment Canada Issues a Frost Warning in effect for:
- Bracebridge – Gravenhurst
- Huntsville – Baysville
- Port Carling – Port Severn
- Town of Parry Sound – Rosseau – Killbear Park
A high pressure system is expected to move in tonight. Clear skies and light winds are expected for tonight into early Thursday morning. As a result, frost will develop near midnight.
Some plants may be damaged or even destroyed by frost.
Environment Canada advises to cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas. Take precautionary measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
