Jeff Allen and Ryan Clark have returned home with some hardware around their neck after competing at the Judo National Championships.
Allen, had 6 fights and was able to capture the gold medal. He is the Canadian Master Heavyweight Champion.
Clark fought hard and came home with a bronze in the under 16 championships.
