As of July 1st anyone using ATV’s and side by side UTV’s will be allowed to use shoulder sections of highways and designated trails as determined by local municipalities using a ‘two-up style’.
The announcement came yesterday afternoon where Muskoka-Parry Sound MPP Norm Miller says that he is very pleased to see this important regulatory update become a reality.
Miller also would like to thank everyone who signed the petition in support of Bill 58 and adds that your voice has been heard.
