An inmate serving time for trafficking drugs is now on the loose.
55-year-old Frank Spagnola is wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for breaching parole.
Spagnola was also convicted of manslaughter in 1998 and officials are concerned he is a high risk of re-offending.
He’s describe as five foot four with a goatee and numerous tattoos.
He has been known to frequent Bracebridge in the past.
