A swimming advisory has been released for Gull Lake in Gravenhurst.
The Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit released the advisory early Wednesday morning due to a delay in water testing results.
There is a chance the water could cause infections in the skin, eyes, ears or throat or a stomach disorder.
Officials explain this means swimmers need to make an informed decision on using the lake for swimming.
If you choose to swim officials advise not ducking your head or swallowing water.
