A Barrie man has been arrested for impaired driving in Penetanguishene.
The 53-year-old man was picked up by OPP while he was passing through a RIDE check point.
As he approached officers report he was acting suspicious.
He was removed from his vehicle and arrested for impaired driving.
The suspect will appear in Midland Provincial Court on Aug 20.
