The Gravenhurst firefighters will be together and ready to meet residents at the Fire Prevention Week Open House.
Fire prevention officer Robert King says its going to be a fun time for parents and kids as well as a learning experience.
There will also be fire safety videos for kids and some fire demonstrations.
The event kicks off October 3rd at 10 a.m. at the Fire Department headquarters in Gravenhurst on Harvie Street.
