A check for seat belts led to one driver being charged for drunk driving.
The driver was pulled over Tuesday evening by a RIDE check on the northbound off ramp to Quarry Road off the 400 in Georgian Bay Township.
The 38-year-old Port Severn man was arrested and charged with impaired driving and officers impounded his vehicle for a week.
He will appear in court in Midland on October 8th.
