A man who was driving with a G1 alone in Muskoka is facing serious charges.
The 49-year-old Gravenhurst man was pulled over on Bethune Drive by Bracebridge OPP on Thursday afternoon.
He also refused to give a breathe sample when requested.
His licence has been suspended for 90 days for driving without another licenced driver, and the vehicle was impounded.
He will appear in court in Bracebridge on December 8th.
