If you were looking to the skies to catch a glimpse of a green eagle with antlers, you probably weren’t alone.
This week, Twitter was flooded with photos of the giant flying cryptid in various locations across Muskoka.
However, those photos were doctored and the bird doesn’t actually exist, except on the label of a special Muskoka Brewery beer.
Mandi Hargrave with Muskoka brewery says it was all part of an elaborate viral campaign to reintroduce their brew Legendary Oddity.
Hargrave says there were quite a few officials and organizations in on the fun.
