Our local judo athlete has brought home some hardware around his neck from a competition in the United States.
Huntsville Judo Club member Jeff Allen competed in the International Cup in New York. Representing Canada, Allen brought home a gold medal in the Masters Division and a bronze in the seniors.
He will now prepare for three international tournaments in November which include the World Championships in Fort Lauderdale.
