This may be the last blast of extreme heat this year, says one official with Environment Canada.
Last week, Parry Sound-Muskoka was under a heat warning which continued into the weekend as temperatures climbed up to 40 degrees.
This week, today may be the only day we see temperatures reach past 30. Meteorologist Peter Kimbell says as we get into August, temperatures will stay between 20 and 30 degrees.
He says most temperatures have been mostly seasonal this summer.
