Highway 400 is open this morning. The highway was closed in both directions at Lake Joseph Road because of a number of crashes and poor weather and road conditions at around 12:30 yesterday afternoon. The OPP was able to open the northbound lanes of the highway around 4:30pm but the highway wasn t fully open in both directions until 10:40 last night.
Police are urging motorists to slow down and drive with caution as roads in our region continue to be snow covered and high winds are causing poor visibility.
