An inmate at Beaver Creek Institution has been found dead.
Correctional Service Canada reports 67-year-old Muhammad Parvez died this week while in custody.
Parvez was serving time for second degree murder and had been an inmate since June of 2010.
CSC officials will be reviewing the circumstances surrounding his death.
The cause of his death has not been released.
