Over the last two days, the Huntsville and Bracebridge Hydro One staff have undergone ice water survival/rescue training in class and in water in Port Sydney. Stu McKinnon, Senior Operations Paramedic and Public Relations Coordinator with Medavie EMS Ontario says Baysville’s Paddlefoot hires local paramedics to do the training based on the Wilderness Safety Systems program.
