The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has issued a Swimming Advisory for Jaspen Park Beach effective Friday, August 3, 2018.
Due to results from recent water samples, the Health Unit advises that swimming in these conditions can lead to a risk of developing minor skin, eye, ear, nose or throat infections or stomach illness.
If you choose to swim during a swimming advisory avoid dunking your head or swallowing the water.
As a result, the scheduled swimming program for Jaspen Park Beach will move to Hanna Park Beach starting on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Check the Muskoka Lakes Swimming program here.
