Prime Minster Stephen Harper’s address to the nation has been pushed back to 7:45 (EST) 4:45 (PT). The Prime Minister will speak about the shooting on Parliament Hill in Ottawa that killed a young soldier at the War Memorial. Harper’s office has said that the PM is still meeting with his cabinet ministers to brief them on the situation and further action. C-T-V will broadcast the Prime Minister’s speech live.
