A South River man is celebrating after winning big.
The OLG says Chad Arnold picked up $100,000 with an Instant Power 5s ticket. That’s the top prize for that scratch ticket.
The winning ticket was bought at Jessie’s Kwik Way on Montreal Street in South River.
