Bracebridge OPP stopped a driver for speeding and then arrested him for suspected impaired driving.
It was Wednesday night just before 10:00pm on Highway 11 near Alpine Ranch Road.
Police say a car was going 30 kilometres an hour over the limit.
Officers followed and pulled over the speeder. Police then did a roadside breath test, leading to the arrest of a 43-year-old Huntsville man.
He will face his charges at the Bracebridge Ontario Court of Justice on April 9th.
