HUNTSVILLE, ON – Music fans in Muskoka need to keep Wednesday nights free this summer.
With the Muskoka River as a backdrop, the Algonquin Theatre is presenting a free summer concert series called ‘Concerts on the Dock’ every Wednesday night in July and August.
Theatre Manager Matt Huddlestone told a press conference that it is a great way to spend time with the family, near the water and enjoy great music.
“What’s better than scenic lake views paired with spectacular performances by talented musicians,” he asked rhetorically. “A Wednesday night on the town docks is not to be missed… it really is a memorable experience!”
People are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, hopefully, a friend or two and some loose change to show appreciation to the performers.
The series begins on July 3rd with a performance from Nicole Lisa Craig and wraps up with a final concert features Luke Craig on August 28th.
