Police have charged a Muskoka Lakes man with impaired driving for the second time in three months. They laid the charge while patrolling Falkenburg Road on Saturday at 8:15 pm. The man was already facing another impaired charge stemming from an incident on August 28th in Bracebridge. The 21 year-old was to have appeared in Bracebridge court yesterday
