BRACEBRIDGE, ON- The lights will be going out twice in Bala this month.
According to a notice from Hydro One, a need to install new equipment in the Bracebridge Operation Centre zone will cause a four-hour outage on August 20th, from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
A total of 3916 customers will be in the dark for that timeframe. The communities affected will be Bala, Medora, Wood, and Gibson.
The outage follows on the heels of another outage in the same area, affecting the same amount of customers.
Residents of the area should plan for the outage accordingly.
