A noise complaint resulted in four officers responding to a Manitoba Street residence this morning.
Police responded at 10:30am to 249 Manitoba Street after a resident reported hearing a gunshot. Once officers were on scene they determined with the homeowners that it was not a gunshot, but in fact a firecracker.
Police issued a warning to the residents to show more care in using firecrackers as it can be a confusing sound for passersby.
