The wind chill warning continues for Muskoka and Parry Sound. Environment Canada says, bitterly cold Arctic air is circulating across Southern and Eastern Ontario. As a result, the combination of cold winds and Arctic air is expected to produce a severe wind chill of minus 30 to minus 40 this morning and then likely again tonight and into tomorrow morning.
