An engineer says the Bracebridge Library’s roof needs replacing. This evening, Councillor Lori-Lynn Giaschi-Paccini said the early replacement estimate is between $250,000 and $350,000. Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney’s been at the library recently and he says it’s evident water is coming through the roof and in under the north front door. He says it’s a threat to the Library’s Muskoka Collection. Council’s now waiting for a follow up report.
