Doughty says that plan changed a number of years ago, but is now being revisited. The first public meeting was held yesterday at council.

If the plant is decommissioned, Doughty says they would still use the Mountview location for some services.

The Town is sending out a questionnaire to get your opinion on the idea. The next public meeting will be in April.
