The bad weather has forced Canada Post to suspend all deliveries to Huntsville for the day.
On Jan. 18, just after 11 p.m., a social media post notified that a “red delivery service alert” had been issued.
“A red service alert means that we are suspending delivery for the day and not sending our delivery agents out or recalling them,” reads a social media post. “Delivery will resume once conditions improve and it’s safe to do so. The safety of our employees is our number one priority.”
