The Town of Huntsville has launched a hotline to keep short term rentals up to standard.
Officials say the 24-hour hotline is available at 705-990-3438, where residents can talk to a live representative about non-compliant properties.
They add the complaints will then be passed onto the property owner and town by-law department, with charges filed if necessary.
