The Town of Bracebridge is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the former Memorial Arena site and adjacent lands.
The Town’s inviting qualified developers to submit proposals to transform the vacant, nearly acre and a half site to support the housing supply, affordability and accessibility.
Proposals must include an affordable housing component, and also consider the inclusion of childcare, commercial and retail units with apartments above them and more.
Mayor Rick Maloney says its a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of Bracebridge.
The deadline to apply is March 3rd.
