The Weather Network has issued its Spring Forecast, and we can expect above-normal precipitation in our area.
In fact, above-normal precipitation is expected for all parts of the province south of the Timmins area.
“The warmer weather will lack commitment through the first half of April, and a few parting punches from winter are still possible,” states the Ontario forecast. “However, spring should finally take hold during May with temperatures trending warmer than normal.”
Overall, temperatures are expected to even out as near normal, but forecasters say it doesn’t mean it’ll be consistent.
They say it just means the ‘wild temperature swings of spring’ will tend to offset each other.
