An exercise program is now available for breast cancer survivors in Muskoka. Encore gentle exercise is an eight week program that is offered by YWCA Muskoka. The program was available in 2012 and will now return to the Bracebridge Sportsplex on Thursday afternoons from March 26th to May 14th. YWCA Encore helps women with the after-effects of breast cancer surgery and treatment, helping to restore strength, mobility and flexibility, confidence and general wellbeing.
